About the role
Key Responsibilities:-
- Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.
- Manage daily store operations, display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain inventory, coordinate billing, and ensure accurate stock records.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and walk-in customers.
- Contribute to overall store growth.
Requirements:-
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Zoho preferred).
- Well-groomed, proactive, and sales-oriented.
- Experience in lighting, home décor, furniture, sanitaryware, tiles, or luxury retail will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
