National Operations Manager

Position Details – National Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibility –

Lead end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, inventory, dispatch, and reverse logistics processes.

Manage the national logistics network, transportation, freight operations, and 3PL partners to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective operations.

Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, audits, and effective management of warehouse operations and inventory movement.

Develop, implement, and standardize SOPs while ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, safety standards, and operational audits.

Monitor warehouse budgets, logistics costs, MIS reports, and operational KPIs, driving cost optimization and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Lead warehouse managers, supervisors, and operational teams while collaborating with sales, procurement, finance, e-commerce, and customer service teams to ensure seamless business operations.

Requirements –

5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or 3PL operations, with exposure to managing multi-location operations.

Strong knowledge of ERP, OMS, WMS, inventory management, logistics planning, and MS Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP).

Hands-on experience in vendor management, freight optimization, warehouse operations, budgeting, and cost control.

Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive operational excellence.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
