About the role
Role Summary The Operations Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and smooth functioning of ProWater installations across apartment communities. The role includes project execution, technician management, vendor management, service quality, route planning, and ensuring high operational efficiency.
Manage end-to-end installation and commissioning of Central RO plants in apartment communities.
Coordinate with RWAs, facility managers, builders, and internal teams.
Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines and budgets.
Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks proactively.
Lead, train, and manage field technicians responsible for installations and service operations.
Plan daily technician schedules, allocate jobs, and optimize routes for maximum productivity and SLA adherence.
Monitor technician performance, attendance, field movement, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
Ensure timely service delivery, improve first-time fix rates, and drive overall field operational efficiency.
Manage civil, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, and RO installation vendors.
Negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor performance.
Ensure quality standards and timely completion of work.
Conduct regular vendor audits and performance reviews.
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of Central RO plants.
Monitor plant uptime, water quality, TDS, pH, and system performance.
Ensure customer complaints are resolved within defined SLAs.
Drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
Maintain inventory of RO systems, spare parts, and consumables.
Track assets installed across communities.
Ensure optimum stock availability while minimizing inventory losses.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational MIS reports.
Track operational KPIs and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in Operations, Field Service, or Project Execution.
Experience in water treatment, utilities, facility management, or apartment/community operations is preferred.
Strong team management, vendor management, and planning skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Excel and operational reporting.
Fluent in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
Willingness to travel across Bengaluru.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per month
