Requirements

4+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, LLM Applications, Copilots, or Autonomous Systems in production environments.

Experience working at a global product company with large-scale user-facing products.

Proven experience owning and shipping products or major features end-to-end.

Strong preference for candidates who have contributed to a 0-to-1 product journey or built new products/features from concept to production.

Strong backend engineering and distributed systems fundamentals.

Experience with LLM orchestration, tool calling, RAG, workflow automation, memory systems, or agent frameworks.

Experience building reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient systems in production.

Strong cloud infrastructure and deployment experience.

Strong product thinking and ability to connect technical decisions with customer outcomes.

High ownership, execution focus, and problem-solving mindset.

Comfortable working with frontier AI technologies and AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

Build and improve AI agents capable of executing complex business operations autonomously.

Design and develop agent orchestration, planning, reasoning, memory, and tool-use systems.

Build infrastructure for durable, long-running, and reliable agent execution.

Own products and features from ideation through deployment and production monitoring.

Improve agent reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Develop backend systems, APIs, integrations, and execution platforms powering AI agents.

Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Evaluate and implement advancements in AI agent technologies and architectures.

Drive engineering decisions with a strong focus on business impact and user value.

Continuously improve the quality, trustworthiness, and effectiveness of agent behavior.
