GCC excellence enables a data‑driven, performance‑oriented, and quality‑focused Service GCC by providing clear visibility, actionable insights, and effective governance that improve decision‑making, delivery performance, and customer value. The team ensures that performance, data, and quality are managed as integrated capabilities, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence across the GCC.
Responsibilities
Design and develop dashboards and performance reports for service GCC.
Ensure data availability, integrity, and standardization across systems used in Vestas.
Perform advanced analytics (trend, root cause, predictive insights) as per the functional needs
Translate business problems into data-driven insights and recommendations
Operational Tools & Applications - Design and build lightweight software tools / solutions to improve operations and decision making. (specific to application developers)
Manage lifecycle of tools/applications:
Requirement intake and prioritization
Development of dashboard and applications
Enhancement according to continuous improvement and evolving functional needs
Dashboard and tools inventory in one place
Decommissioning of dashboards/applications
Collaborate with operations teams to
Identify pain points and challenges
Translate them into digital solutions
Align with Digital solutions team
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in science or finance or business or engineering or data relevant studies
Minimum 6+ years of experience in data tools (BI dashboards) and application development
Competencies
Strong data analytics & visualization skills (Power BI or similar)
Hands-on experience with any Data platform - data querying, modeling, usage (like Snowflake- Preferred)
Working knowledge of Azure ecosystem and data integration pipelines - Preferred
Ability to build lightweight tools and automation solutions using power platform, python / scripting or other relevant platforms - C#, .Net, SQL, Power automate, VBA
Strong problem-solving and business understanding skills
Product mindset with focus on usability, adoption and life cycle management
