Security Operations Center (SOC), compliance, and sales, to ensure successful feature delivery.
Regulatory & Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance
standards impacting cybersecurity services, ensuring product alignment and adherence.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Capability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive
offerings to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
Technical Acumen: Sufficient technical understanding to engage effectively with engineering teams,
understand technical constraints, and communicate product vision.
Proficiency in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive innovation and efficiency within technical domains.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain product roadmaps for Incident Detection & Response Services.
Map customer requirements into backlog features, automation enhancements, and use-case initiatives.
Coordinate with engineering, SOC, and compliance stakeholders on feature delivery.
Define value metrics, operational KPIs, and measurable success criteria.
Manage intake of new capabilities, ensuring alignment to strategy and regulatory frameworks.
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and
cross-functional teams.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and strategic goals.
Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and
retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and delivery.
Oversee the lifecycle of software and service delivery, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with engineering, security analysts, and other teams to ensure product requirements are clearly
understood and implemented.
Monitor product performance and user satisfaction, driving continuous improvement through data analysis
and feedback.
Manage risks and resolve issues that may impact delivery timelines or product quality.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
Coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless delivery across different regions and time zones.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation related to product features, agile processes, and delivery
status.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 a year
