Data Engineer

E-Logic, Inc. seeks a Data Engineer to build, optimize, and maintain high-throughput ETL data pipelines in cloud-native environments supporting the PRAC Analytics Center. You will be responsible for data ingestion, pipeline management, schema transformation, and supporting enterprise data management (EDM) standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines across diverse public and non-public data sources.

Ingest and transform data from flat files, JSON, XML, Excel, APIs, and graph databases using SQL and Python.

Manage and optimize data within Databricks Unity Catalog and SQL Server managed instances utilizing Lakehouse architecture and streaming/batch frameworks.

Execute standard quality control processes to ensure data quality, data lineage, reliability, and system performance.

Operate and maintain existing data pipelines, catalogs, schemas, and transformation logic without service disruption.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data engineering or a related field.

Experience loading, managing, and optimizing data in platforms such as Azure Databricks Unity Catalog and Microsoft SQL Server.

Strong SQL and Python skills; expertise with varied data formats (JSON, XML, APIs, graph DBs).

Familiarity with Enterprise Data Management (EDM), data governance, and data quality standards. Support for fraud detection/financial oversight environments preferred.
