Aufgaben

Manage the assigned application / set of applications / part of maior applications with the goal to ensure the overall service level and supporting application enhancements / projects.

Hauptaufgaben

Manage the assigned applications portfolio and coordinate with other ICT team (e.g. Infrastructure & Security) to ensure overall service level; Support solution proposal in collaboration with the other ICT areas.

Participate to projects for application evolution and maintenance, ensuring quality and methodology compliance.

Ensure the coherence of the application system to business process requirements. Maintain business/user requirements documentation, technical documentation, training documentation.

Erforderliche Erfahrung

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

2+ years of experience in IT Application / Software, with proven management capability. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development, and applications.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
