KAMS Commercial Analyst

Main duties and responsibilities

Oversee and follow up on all weekly and monthly profitability figures associated with your designated client accounts.

Overseeing the monitoring and improving Customer KPI's/Profitability.

Provide management information for improved commercial decision making - that is accurate, timely, accessible, insightful, and robust.

Margin protection and tracking of account growth. Maintained through overseeing and conducting monthly commercial performance meetings.

Responsible for the Annual Account Budgets & any re-forecasts required. Ensure reporting and monitoring of performance against the budget.

Partner with operational, finance, and commercial teams to provide financial insight, resolve commercial issues, and support improvements in contract performance and profitability. Oversee the development and maintain a detailed cost analysis report as required by customers and business to ensure accuracy in reported numbers.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of commercial and financial information through the review, validation, and reconciliation of financial data, investigating variances and resolving issues to support accurate reporting and decision-making.

Roll out best practice commercial finance practices across specific accounts, category management, and financial reporting.

Preparation and review of weekly and monthly financial reports.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideally, a Third Level Business/Accounting or Commerce Degree

Excel modelling experience and working knowledge of Navision an advantage.

Previous experience in commercial analytics and strong influencing skills

Proven track record of results and excellent PC literacy skills required.

Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills with the ability to manage several priorities at once will be required as will a high level of flexibility with a high level commitment to success.
