About the role
Are you passionate about data, analysis, and designing structured BI solutions, and do you want to grow in an environment where data serves as a strategic driver for operations and decision-making? As a BI Analyst, you’ll play a key role in leveraging the company’s data. You’ll be responsible for both producing analytical solutions (Power BI) and structuring and gaining a deep understanding of the data. Beyond creating reports, you’ll actively contribute to the evolution of our data environment, particularly by participating in data structuring initiatives and becoming a key expert on our ERP database.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports
Design new dashboards with the teams
Ensure the performance, quality, and consistency of models
Write and optimize complex SQL queries
Create and maintain data views and structures
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the ERP database (data expert)
Contribute to data development in line with the group’s priorities, while gradually improving data quality and structure
Handle data requests related to the ERP
Document models, queries, and the solution
Gather and translate business requirements to deliver concrete analytical solutions

With the following skills and qualities, you’ll thrive in this role:
DEC, BAC, or equivalent training in computer science, business intelligence, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in BI/data
Advanced SQL (complex queries, optimization)
Advanced Power BI (modeling, DAX, M, performance)
Strong understanding of transactional databases (ERP)
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Attention to detail in documentation and data quality
Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
Communication skills and a collaborative spirit
French required (spoken and written)
Functional English (documentation, tools, technical discussions)

Experience with an ERP system and its databases
Experience setting up a data lake or structured data environment
Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools or data pipelines
Experience with dimensional modeling (star schemas)
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Azure, Fabric, or other data platforms
Experience in business analysis or managing small projects
