We are looking for you to join the "Aircraft Maintenance Services" division of Lufthansa Technik AG as an intern in Business Development & Product Management to assist with the development and implementation of strategic projects.
Tasks
As an intern, you will support our team, which focuses on the strategic development of the segment and leads projects aimed at achieving strategic goals.
You’ll join a dedicated team with a wide range of responsibilities and gain comprehensive insights into the strategic development of this highly international business unit.
Your responsibilities:
Supporting the tracking of strategic goal achievement
Supporting product management and the strategic development of services
Supporting strategy communication
Sub-project management of strategic projects
Ad hoc support in the creation of business plans and decision-making documents, market, competitive, and target customer analyses, as well as the preparation and execution of workshops

Requirements
At the time of the internship, you should be in at least your sixth semester of a degree program in industrial engineering, economics, business informatics, IT management, or a related field.
Proof of enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or the internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
Fluent in spoken and written English
Teamwork and communication skills
Very good computer skills (especially full proficiency in Microsoft Office)
Willingness to travel for work, including abroad
Very strong analytical and conceptual skills
Quick learner with objective and sound judgment
High level of creativity, strong initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
