About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to provide professional advice and leadership on operational and maintenance requirements to support in GBRX Programme activities. You will be influential in the integration of ERTMS and technological advancements. Seen as an operational expert within the industry, we need someone that can effectively provide technical leadership to Rail Industry Partners and Bodies. You will be helping us deliver a safe, modern and high-performing railway. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, we'd love to see your application.
This role requires working at least 3 days per week from our London Kings Crossed office.

Your experience and skills
What we need from you:
Knowledge of railway operational practices, including train planning railway signalling, ERTMS or train operation
Detailed knowledge of operational signalling standards and procedures, signalling principles and signalling operation
Knowledge of risk management and Quantative Risk Assessment (QRA) techniques
Excellent knowledge of railway rules and standards associated with Maintaince and Operational performance
