Support usability testing, customer interviews, and design validation efforts.

Translate customer feedback, Voice of Customer (VoC) insights, analytics, and stakeholder input into actionable design improvements.

Iterate on designs based on usability findings, performance metrics, and evolving product requirements.

Participate in journey mapping and workflow analysis to reduce friction and improve task completion.

Collaboration & Delivery

Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, Customer Support, CRM teams, and business stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with the UX Design Lead to align execution with UX strategy and design standards.
