About the role
The Industry Verticals Product Advisor provides strategic guidance and expertise on industry verticals products & solutions, customer needs, and market dynamics. This role acts as a trusted advisor to product managers and cross-functional teams, helping ensure alignment with business goals through strategic thinking and deep market insight.
Essential Functions:
Advise product managers on strategic opportunities and customer needs within industry verticals.
Provide industry insights to inform product roadmaps and priorities, demonstrating strong Strategic Thinking.
Evaluate product performance and recommend enhancements, applying rigorous Problem Solving.
Lead Cross-Functional Orchestration with engineering, design, operations, and data teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Support Go-To-Market & Commercialization planning with expert insights.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent directly related experience.
Minimum Experience:
7+ years in product management, industry verticals solutions, or related roles with a proven track record of insights impacting product outcomes. An advanced degree may substitute for experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Deep understanding of industry verticals products & solutions, both B2B and B2C and customer needs.
Advanced Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving, and analytical skills.
Expert stakeholder management and Communication & Influence abilities.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

Pay: Memphis range: $9,719.96/mo - $16,523.93/mo; Pittsburgh range: $10,231.53/mo - $17,393.61/mo; Plano range: $10,231.53/mo - $17,393.61/mo
Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week.
