HR Business Partner / HR Manager – Japan Operations

Location: Central Tokyo, Japan Employment Type: Permanent Salary: JPY 8m – 11m total annual package, inclusive of base salary and two bonus components, depending on experience Language Requirement: Business-level Japanese and English

We are supporting a confidential regional hiring requirement for a hands-on HR Business Partner / HR Manager based in Tokyo, Japan.

This role supports a sizeable operations-led business unit serving a major multinational client account. The position requires a practical HR professional who can partner closely with site leaders, business stakeholders and regional HR teams to strengthen HR operations, support performance management, coach managers, review payroll-related matters and guide a junior HR team member.

Experience in hospitality, retail, F&B, catering or similar operations-heavy service environments is highly preferred.
