Overview
As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. Your role at Baxter:

As KAE Private Market your responsibility is to achieve the sales and exhaustion objectives of contracts in the territory and assigned customers, for each product line, carrying out the required procedures and/or negotiations.
What you’ll be doing:
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets according to the budget for each business line.
Work collaboratively with therapy specialists to ensure demand generation and contract fulfillment.
Responsible for managing and reporting information for your territory (available product inventory, competitor activities, pricing, sales per client, potential clients, etc.).
As the account owner for assigned accounts in your territory, you are responsible for coordinating efforts with support areas to ensure problem resolution, complaint handling, and corrective action plans.
Develop relationships with assigned key accounts to guarantee access at all levels.
Integrate Baxter's sales techniques and value proposition into every interaction to meet client needs and achieve greater business development.
Implement strategies to anticipate engagement with key clients according to the objectives of each business line (comprehensive, multi-year, multimodal services, etc.).
Work in coordination with functional areas (Supply Chain, Marketing, Credit, and...) Collections) to ensure contract fulfillment and minimize backorders
Guarantee optimal compliance with client onboarding and contracting processes in your territory
Constantly update the political map of each assigned account, identifying key influencers and administrative decision-makers
Responsible for managing administrative and business solutions
Responsible for forecasting demand for each line of business in your assigned accounts, in conjunction with the specialist; Sharing this information with marketing execution
Provide information on the features and benefits of Baxter products to client administrative staff
Primary interface for price negotiations, according to each business line's strategy
Formalize a field work plan between Key Account Executives (KAE) and therapy specialists
Build sales commitments (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and identify opportunity funnels in conjunction with the specialist
G2M
Develop and discuss strategies, initiatives, and action plans with therapy specialists
Promote connection, interaction, and collaboration among team members and functional areas
Align account needs with each business's strategies
Promote and share best practice information
Coordinate, conduct, and document G2M meetings
Foster a culture of compliance with ethical business practices and standards within the organization
Drive the implementation of the ethics and compliance program and prevent, detect, and correct violations of the law, Baxter policies, and code of conduct.
Implement Baxter's code of conduct, policies, and procedures, including, but not limited to, the Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policy, and support these processes, ensuring employee onboarding and training.
Identify Baxter's compliance and legal risks in the country/cluster.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial or similar
Sales or promotion of products and services in the private sector (medical devices, industrial products, or similar portfolio)
2-3 years of experience as a Key Account Executive or with similar responsibilities.
In-depth knowledge of contract management.
Availability to work flexible hours and travel.
Knowledge of the hospital market and healthcare institutions within the private sector.
Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of budgets, market studies, and financial analyses.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent English (preferred).
Knowledge of Procurement Law and Healthcare Sector Regulations.
