Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To lead and execute the S&OP Process to align the Demand and Supply planning to meet the Sales ,Operation , Finance Objectives with better co-ordination of supply and production plans.
Ensure the customer forecast and demand signals into total planning process and create a Revenue and Operation plan visibility to stakeholder.
Play a VoC (voice of customer) role and managing customer supportability with alignment of operation targets and objectives.
Create and ensure the Dock-to-dock alignment to meet the customer demand
Lead the plant level S&OP process and represent the plant capability and constraints.
Monitor and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy, plan adherence, inventory turns, and service levels.
Identify the potential risk of supply and escalate the constraints to next level to reduce the risk through mitigation and contingency plan.
Mange a team of planners, analysists & S&OP Coordinator’s, to demonstrate the effective process in plant.
Build planning discipline through structured planning calendars, input cut-offs, and accountability mechanisms.
Lead and facilitate discussions with Manger to enable informed decision-making and issue resolution.

The incumbent reports to SCM Manager & operate in People manager capacity.
Requirements and Preferred Skills
Minimum 6 years, proven track record in Supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
