About the Opportunity
Join an international team responsible for validating and assuring the quality of Mission Critical Services (MCX) running on complex 4G/LTE and 5G environments.
As an MCX Test & Validation Engineer, you will lead end-to-end testing strategies, validate mission-critical communication services, coordinate multi-vendor integration activities, and ensure the highest levels of network performance and service readiness.
Working alongside engineering, operations, and international stakeholders, you will contribute to large-scale telecommunications programs that demand technical excellence, analytical thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with advanced mobile network technologies, end-to-end service validation, and critical communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end test planning, execution, reporting, and validation activities for MCX programs.
Design and execute comprehensive validation strategies for Mission Critical Services over LTE and 5G.
Perform testing across RAN (4G/5G), EPC, 5G Core (5GC), MCX applications, devices, and OSS/BSS platforms.
Manage integration and interoperability testing within complex multi-vendor environments.
Validate complete end-to-end service flows across network infrastructure and applications.
Execute RAN feature testing, including mobility scenarios and coverage validation.
Perform cross-domain root cause analysis involving devices, RAN, Core Networks, and MCX applications.
Investigate network performance issues, including uplink/downlink optimization and coverage challenges.
Produce high-quality test documentation, validation reports, defect analysis, and final service sign-offs.
Communicate project progress, technical risks, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills
Minimum 4 years of experience in Test & Validation, Telecommunications Engineering, or Network Integration.
Strong experience with Mission Critical Services (MCX).
Solid knowledge of 4G/LTE and 5G mobile networks.
Hands-on experience with:
RAN (Radio Access Network)
EPC (Evolved Packet Core)
5G Core (5GC)
MCX Applications
Mobile Devices
OSS/BSS environments
Experience performing end-to-end service validation.
Strong understanding of multi-vendor integration and interoperability testing.
Proven experience conducting root cause analysis across multiple network domains.
Professional English (B2 or above).
Nice to Have
Experience with mission-critical communications (MCPTT, MCData, MCVideo).
Knowledge of telecom testing methodologies and automation.
Experience working in large-scale international telecom projects.
Exposure to carrier-grade mobile network environments.
Experience with performance optimization and network troubleshooting.

You thrive in international environments, communicate effectively in English, and are available for medium-term business travel when required.
