In particolare, entrando a far parte del team Monitoring Public di Roma, avrai l’opportunità di supportare clienti pubblici e privati nella progettazione, gestione e realizzazione di iniziative di trasformazione digitale e innovazione organizzativa, con particolare focus sul settore sanitario.
Ricerchiamo professionisti che abbiano maturato esperienza in contesti complessi di trasformazione e che siano in grado di coniugare capacità analitiche, sensibilità organizzativa e orientamento al risultato.
Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:
supportare la gestione e il coordinamento di programmi e progetti di trasformazione digitale per amministrazioni pubbliche, enti del settore sanitario e organizzazioni complesse;
raccogliere, analizzare e formalizzare requisiti funzionali e organizzativi, collaborando con stakeholder di business e team progettuali;
supportare le attività di Project Management Office (PMO), monitorando avanzamento progettuale, milestone, rischi e dipendenze;
analizzare processi e modelli organizzativi, identificando opportunità di miglioramento ed efficientamento;
contribuire alla definizione e implementazione di nuovi modelli operativi e di governance;
predisporre analisi, reportistica direzionale, documentazione progettuale e materiali a supporto dei processi decisionali;
supportare iniziative di innovazione e digitalizzazione volte a migliorare l’efficacia, l’efficienza e la qualità dei servizi erogati.

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:
hai conseguito una laurea magistrale in discipline economiche, politiche, manageriali o ingegneristiche;
costituiscono titolo preferenziale percorsi di studio in ambito Policy Analysis, Public Policies, International Management o Ingegneria Gestionale;
hai maturato almeno 3 anni di esperienza in società di consulenza, pubbliche amministrazioni o organizzazioni complesse;
hai partecipato a progetti di trasformazione digitale, innovazione organizzativa o miglioramento dei processi;
possiedi esperienza nella raccolta e analisi dei requisiti e nella gestione operativa di stream progettuali;
hai maturato esperienza, anche non esclusiva, in progettualità afferenti al settore sanitario;
dimostri autonomia operativa, forte capacità analitica e approccio critico nell’affrontare contesti complessi;
possiedi buone capacità relazionali e di gestione degli stakeholder;
hai un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
hai un’ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office; costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di strumenti di project management, data analysis e data visualization.

KPMG Advisory provides consulting services to companies and public sector organizations, supporting them in transforming their business models, improving and digitizing processes, managing risks, and designing new organizational and operating models.
As part of our Rome team, you will have the opportunity to support public and private sector clients in the design, management, and delivery of digital transformation and organizational innovation initiatives, with a particular focus on the healthcare sector.
We are looking for professionals with experience in complex transformation environments who can combine strong analytical skills, organizational awareness, and a results-oriented mindset.
Specifically, you will:
Support the management and coordination of digital transformation programs and projects for public administrations, healthcare organizations, and other complex entities;
Gather, analyze, and formalize functional and organizational requirements, working closely with business stakeholders and project teams;
Support Project Management Office (PMO) activities, monitoring project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies;
Analyze business processes and organizational models, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains;
Contribute to the design and implementation of new operating and governance models;
Develop analyses, management reports, project documentation, and materials to support decision-making processes;
Support innovation and digitalization initiatives aimed at improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of services delivered.
Come As You Are – Your skills and qualifications
This opportunity is the perfect fit for you if:
You hold a Master's degree in Economics, Political Science, Management, Engineering, or related disciplines;
Preferred academic backgrounds include Policy Analysis, Public Policies, International Management, or Management Engineering;
You have at least 3 years of professional experience within consulting firms, public sector organizations, or other complex environments;
You have worked on digital transformation, organizational innovation, or process improvement projects;
You have experience in requirements gathering and analysis, as well as in the operational management of project workstreams;
You have gained experience, even if not exclusively, within healthcare-related projects or organizations;
You demonstrate strong autonomy, analytical thinking, and a critical approach when addressing complex challenges;
You possess excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills;
You have an excellent command of the English language;
You have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management, data analysis, and data visualization tools will be considered a plus.

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary ranging from €30,000 to €33,000 for the Consultant position and from €31,000 to €41,000 for the Senior Consultant position. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.

Compensation
This Consultant role pays $30k-$33k/yr. Within typical range for consultant roles in Italy.
