Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

Evoluzione della governance interna e del sistema di controllo interno;

Corporate governance e regulatory framework;

Sistemi di controllo interno e relativa evoluzione attraverso nuove tecnologie;

Strumenti di Data Analysis & Governance a supporto delle funzioni di controllo.

Sarai coinvolta/o su progetti nazionali e internazionali al fianco di professioniste e professionisti altamente qualificati e lavorerai a stretto contatto con i nostri clienti del settore dei Financial Services, tra cui banche, assicurazioni e società di investimento.

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se hai:

Esperienza di 0 - 1 anno presso aziende (compagnie assicurative, banche, asset management) o presso società di consulenza;

Laurea magistrale o Master in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o Finanza con ottima votazione;

Interesse per i Financial Services (settore bancario, assicurativo, asset & wealth management) e buona conoscenza del framework normativo del settore finanziario;

KPMG Advisory’s Governance, Risk & Compliance team supports companies in the definition of governance and organisational structures to face the challenges of digital transformation through processes for the management of risks and opportunities. If you are passionate about governance and internal control and risk management systems applied to the financial reporting sector, with an interest in consulting, join our Verona team serving clients in the Financial sector.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

Evolution of internal governance and the internal control system;

Corporate governance and regulatory framework;

Internal control systems and their evolution through new technologies;

Data Analysis & Governance tools supporting control functions.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if:

you have 0–1 years of experience in companies (insurance companies, banks, or asset management firms) or in consulting firms.

you have a master's degree or other post-graduate degree in business, engineering management or finance with excellent results (preference for studies related to sustainability matters);

you have an interest in financial services (banking, insurance and asset and wealth management) and a good knowledge of the finance sector's regulatory framework;

you have excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad.

This opportunity is offered as either an internship or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary of €29,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the requirements of the role. In accordance with applicable legislation, we do not collect or use information relating to remuneration received in current or previous employment. Our selection procedures are based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.

Autovalutazione del rischio di riciclaggio;

Definizione dei business requirements legati a progetti innovativi (es. implementazione di prodotti e servizi ad alto contenuto tecnologico), per garantire il presidio dei rischi di riciclaggio

Defining new models for customer risk profiling, name screening, and transaction monitoring in the anti-financial crime field;

Self-assessment of money laundering risk;

Defining business requirements related to innovative projects (e.g., implementation of high-tech products and services) to ensure the management of money laundering risks.

You have knowledge and experience in the anti-financial crime field;

You hold a master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Law with excellent grades;

You have an interest in Financial Services (banking and/or insurance sector) and a good understanding of the regulatory framework of the financial sector;

You have excellent English skills, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad.
