Sviluppa e mantieni processi ETL scalabili per gestire grandi volumi di dati.

Collabora con data scientist e analisti per comprendere i requisiti dei dati e fornire soluzioni dati di alta qualità.

Ottimizza i processi di archiviazione e recupero dei dati nei database relazionali, con un focus su Oracle.

Implementa e gestisci applicazioni containerizzate utilizzando Kubernetes per garantire un'implementazione e un'orchestrazione fluide.

Applica i principi di GitOps per semplificare il deployment del codice e mantenere pipeline CI/CD per integrazione e distribuzione continue.

Risolvi problemi legati ai dati e garantisci l'integrità e la sicurezza dei dati.

What we expect from you

MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.

2 to 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

Strong Python programming skills with experience in data handling and ETL processes.

Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

Understanding of GitOps principles and CI/CD practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills in English and Italian, both written and verbal.

Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €34,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
