About this vacancy

The resource will be responsible for the design and management of complex aeronautical systems (hydraulic, electro-hydraulic), following the entire development cycle: from requirements definition and architecture to qualification, testing, and production support, interacting with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.

What we expect from you

Master’s Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering

Experience >2 years in a similar role

Knowledge of design principles

Familiarity with aeronautical regulations is appreciated

Basic knowledge of GD&T, CAD software, and simulation tools is appreciated

Fluent English

Availability for short business trips

What you can expect from us

The position includes a permanent contract, and the offered gross annual salary (RAL) will not be lower than €32,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and upon completing the selection process by evaluating the experience, competencies, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above. In alignment with our business model, the final compensation package also includes direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget of €4,000 net annually for skills development, as well as annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with current company policies.
