What Role You Will Play In Our Team
The Analyst provides analytical and coordination support to enable effective business execution in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. This role focuses on budget stewardship, vendor and invoice management, compliance support, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination with regional and global stakeholders. The position requires strong problem‑solving capabilities, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities while adhering to established business procedures, internal controls, and ethical standards. The Analyst collaborates closely with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams and plays a key role in enabling Public & Government Affairs (P&GA) teams to operate efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with overall business objectives.
What You Will Do
Steward budgets for Public and Government Affairs (P&GA) teams, including oversight of trade association memberships, external agencies and consultants, registries, community engagement investments, and other related operational expenses.
Partner with regional P&GA teams and Global Procurement to establish enabling agreements, onboard new vendors, and ensure compliance with company sourcing and contracting requirements.
Coordinate purchase orders, work orders, and invoice processing for P&GA activities, tracking items through to payment completion and working with Accounts Payable to resolve issues as needed.
Represent P&GA on internal budget and controls governance forums, contributing to budget planning discussions and supporting adherence to internal control and compliance requirements.
Support controls training and onboarding by helping ensure employees understand company requirements related to information protection, financial controls, and ethical conduct.
Assist with quarterly compliance reporting related to interactions with public officials, including coordinating employee surveys to capture hospitality and engagement data, and supporting preparation of regulatory and lobbying reports as required.
Coordinate vendor data collection and source‑to‑pay documentation for P&GA as part of enterprise-wide initiatives and system implementations.
Support enhancements to contracting and controls frameworks, including reviewing proposed guideline changes, assessing business impacts, and providing practical feedback and recommendations.
Provide support to affiliate teams during emergency response situations, community engagement activities, issue management, and related communications efforts.
Serve as a regional coordination point for Asia‑Pacific (AP) engagements, including supporting visits and meetings for P&GA leadership and stakeholders as needed.

Solid analytical, comprehension, evaluation, and interpretation skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
Understanding of standard business procedures and practices relevant to assigned responsibilities.
Awareness of internal controls, ethical standards, and information protection requirements.
Sound computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Working knowledge of collaboration and document‑management tools (e.g., Zoom, SharePoint).
Familiarity with Source-to-Pay systems (e.g., SAP), data tracking, basic reporting, or dashboarding concepts.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in an analyst or support role within operations, finance, procurement, compliance, public policy, or a corporate environment.
Experience working with cross‑functional and/or geographically distributed teams.
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
Demonstrated ability to meet priorities and deadlines in a deadline‑driven environment.
Team‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Exposure to operational, finance, compliance, procurement, or corporate support functions.
Basic understanding of data analysis or visualization tools is an advantage.
