About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, API development, and Cloud technologies, along with proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical excellence. This role requires hands-on development, architectural decision-making, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Ruby on Rails.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services for business-critical applications.
Design and develop Microservices-based architectures for scalable and maintainable solutions.
Integrate and manage PostgreSQL databases, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with frontend teams using React and TypeScript to deliver seamless user experiences.
Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
Participate in architecture discussions and drive technical design decisions.
Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and DevOps teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and implement long-term solutions.
Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation initiatives.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to drive project delivery and ensure quality outcomes.
Full Stack Developer with expertise in PostgreSQL, GraphQL, REST APIs, React, and TypeScript.
Experienced in building scalable applications and developing robust API solutions.
Skilled in Storybook and Chromatic for UI component development, testing, and design consistency.
Experienced in technical decision-making and team coordination.
