Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated test solutions for SAP applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP testing, test automation frameworks, and functional validation across SAP modules such as S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, EWM, or SuccessFactors. The role involves collaborating with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality SAP implementations and releases

Responsibilities:

1.

Total Experience: 10–15+ years of overall SAP experience, ensuring a mature understanding of enterprise landscapes.

2. Core SAP IBP Focus: Minimum of 4+ years acting as a functional lead or senior analyst on SAP IBP implementation and support projects.

3. Primary Functional Domain: Strong domain expertise in Supply Chain Planning, specifically Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Planning.

4. UI Configuration: Deep hands-on experience building and tailoring the SAP IBP Planners Workspace and Excel UI templates to match specific planner personas.

5. Visibility & Reporting: Proven track record of configuring native IBP Analytics, Dashboards, and Custom Alerts for operational and executive-level KPIs.

6. Supply Heuristics: Solid analytical skills in executing and evaluating Supply Heuristic planning runs to analyze capacity constraints and material shortages.

7. Key Figure Modeling: Advanced knowledge of configuring Key Figure logic, including stored vs. calculated expressions, aggregation/disaggregation, and currency conversions.

8. Functional Master Data: Thorough understanding of how IBP Master Data Types (Product, Location, Resource, Source Production) drive planning engine behavior.

9. SAP ECC Master Data Layer: Strong familiarity with core ERP master data objects including Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, and Production Versions.

10. SAP ECC Transactional Layer: Direct experience utilizing ERP data elements such as Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Stock Levels, and Planned/Production Orders.

11. Secondary Technical Skill (CI-DS): Capable of navigating SAP CI-DS (Cloud Integration for Data Services) to verify data mapping, trace interface issues, and check data tables.

12. Cross-Team Bridge: Acts as the primary bridge between business planners (explaining algorithm outputs) and the technical integration team (defining data requirements).

Must-Have Skills:

1. Over all 10+ years of SAP experience with 4+ years of hands-on SAP IBP Functional experience in S&OP and Supply Planning.

2. Strong expertise in SAP IBP Planner Workspace, Key Figure Modeling, Analytics/Dashboards, Supply Heuristics, and IBP Master Data configuration.

3. Good knowledge of SAP ECC Master & Transactional Data and working experience with SAP CI-DS for data integration and troubleshooting

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain.

SAP IBP Certification.

Knowledge of SAP APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS).

Experience with SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite.

Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration with IBP.

Knowledge of HANA modeling and SQL.

Experience with Fiori applications.

Experience in global rollout or multi-country implementation projects.

Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.

Exposure to Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Pharmaceutical industries.
