Responsibilities
Develop and implement tangible change management deliverables, including stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, communication plans, and training materials.
Lead stakeholder engagement activities such as workshops, demos, and alignment meetings to foster buy-in and readiness.
Collaborate closely with project teams to gather requirements, validate messaging, and tailor stakeholder-facing content.
Support communication efforts by drafting clear, impactful messages for leadership and impacted groups.
Create training and support documentation, including job aids, FAQs, and user support content to ensure successful adoption.
Track and coordinate change activities, manage dependencies, and support rollout efforts to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven experience in change facilitation and developing change management artifacts such as strategies, plans, and stakeholder assessments.
Strong skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, and training material development.
Proficiency in gathering requirements through interviews, documentation, workshops, and business analysis.
Nice to Have Skills
PROSCI or CCMP certification.
Experience developing and delivering training modules, including e-learning content.
Background in digital transformation projects within government settings.
Experience working within complex change initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, or related fields.
At least 3 years of hands-on change management experience, ideally in large-scale government or organizational transformation projects.
Other Requirements
Fully onsite role based in Edmonton, working from the office five days a week.
Willingness to support phased rollouts, stakeholder readiness, and engagement activities.
