Your role:

We are looking for a talented individual with a keen interest in project management and business analytics to support our Project Management Office (PMO) within the Healthcare Global Pharma Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) Team. After an initial training phase on the data structure, project tools and underlying processes, you will be working independently on your tasks by leveraging your skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset. You will be driving the monthly project and portfolio reporting, supporting project management tasks, preparing presentations in PowerPoint, automating data collection & preparation, updating process documentations and following up activities with stakeholders. Working in our team will expose you to a variety of project management topics in an international environment. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and agile group, contribute your own ideas and get to know the challenges of managing a global project portfolio.

Who you are:

Student (all genders) in natural sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business informatics, computer science, business administration, economics, or a related field

Strong interest in project management and business analytics

Advanced skills in standard MS Office tools. Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate is a must

Experience in Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, Tableau, LLMs (GPT, Claude) is an advantage

High degree of independence, strong result orientation and teamworking skills

Fluency (C1) in English, both written and spoken

Availability for at least 2x 6 months for 20 hours per week on average
