Main goals

Perform precise and timely accounting records, complying with fiscal regulations and established internal controls. Provide high-standard customer service while achieving high levels of efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with MxGAAP and US GAAP.

Ensure all financial activities adhere to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements and internal control standards.

Prepare and review tax compliance according to local laws (LISR, LFT, LSS).

Utilize financial systems for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes with high accuracy.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

Experience Requirements

2+ years in a similar accounting role (ideally in a manufacturing or multinational environment).

Strong understanding of Mexican tax laws and international accounting standards.

Advanced MS Office (especially Excel).

Hands-on experience with ERP/Financial systems: SAP, QAD, PLEX, BPCS, HFM, Blackline, or LMS.

Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Intermediate English B1 or higher
