Jr Facilites & Procurement Analyst

Job description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Support the Procurement & Facilities function by ensuring efficient workplace operations, vendor and contract management, cost control, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of corporate services. Contribute to a safe, functional, and productive work environment while supporting procurement-related activities.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Facilities Operations

Support the daily operation of corporate facilities and workplace services.

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Support office layout changes, space management, and infrastructure projects.

Vendor & Contract Management

Manage facilities-related contracts and service providers, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and other outsourced services.

Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed service levels and quality standards.

Support vendor selection, evaluation, and contract renewal processes.

Financial & Procurement Support

Assist with budget control, cost analysis, and identification of savings opportunities.

Support procurement activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Reporting & Analytics

Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and vendor performance metrics.

Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-making.

Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.

Compliance & Corporate Support

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Support audits and internal control activities.

Assist Executive Management and internal stakeholders with facilities-related matters, including fleet administration.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Previous experience in Facilities, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Corporate Services.

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience in contract management and supplier performance monitoring.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Intermediate English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with SAP Ariba.

Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.

Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.

Experience in financial services, banking, or multinational environments.
