We are currently seeking a Financial Accountant II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Financial Accountant II at ICON, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and support strategic financial planning.

What You Will Be Doing:

Managing and overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Coordinating and executing month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.

Conducting detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

Ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements, and participating in internal and external audits.

Developing and maintaining financial models and reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for various business initiatives and projects.

Mentoring and supervising junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.

Your Profile:

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

Should be CA/CMA inter qualified.

Should have 10+years of experience in AR Collections and Cash Applications.

Extensive experience in financial accounting, with a proven track record of managing financial reporting and compliance.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.

Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and provide clear financial insights.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
