Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles.
Strategize and implement effective sourcing techniques using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage interview scheduling with stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools.
A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for finding and nurturing talent.
Collaborative spirit with a focus on continuous improve.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
