Profile: Accountant-Chair Manufacturing-Surat-3.0 LPA

Experience:

1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, billing, and bookkeeping, preferably in a manufacturing, trading, or furniture organization.

Salary Range: 20k to 25k

Roles:

Accurately record and maintain all purchase and sales transactions in the accounting system.

Generate GST-compliant invoices, debit notes, and credit notes, and ensure timely dispatch to customers.

Reconcile purchase and sales registers with supporting documents and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain ledgers for vendors and customers and follow up for pending documentation or clarifications.

Assist in monthly closing activities, preparation of MIS reports, and coordination with auditors and tax consultants.

Ensure proper filing and upkeep of invoices, vouchers, and statutory records.

Support compliance activities related to GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations as required.

Qualification:

B.Com/M.Com or an equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
