Salary Range: 35k to 40k

Roles:

1. Accounting Operations

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger accounts.

Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial record maintenance.

2. GST & Tax Compliance

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

Prepare and reconcile tax-related records and coordinate return filings.

3. Finalization of Accounts

Assist in monthly and annual finalization of accounts.

Prepare financial statements and support audit requirements.

4. Bank & Ledger Reconciliation

Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile customer, vendor, and ledger accounts.

Resolve discrepancies in financial records.

5. Accounts Payable & Receivable

Manage vendor payments, customer receipts, and outstanding balances.

Monitor cash flow and payment schedules.

6. MIS & Reporting

Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.

Generate reports using MS Excel and accounting software.

7. Coordination & Compliance

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualification:

B.Com (Mandatory)

M.Com / MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.

Candidates from the textile or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
