Regional Sales Head - Credit Life
About the role
Business Development Sales Management:
o Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for
Group Credit Life insurance in the assigned region.
o Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with
company objectives.
o Identify and build relationships with key clients such as
banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
o Lead negotiations and finalization of group insurance
contracts and renewals.
Team Leadership Development:
o Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales
managers, field officers, and support staff.
o Conduct regular training, performance appraisals, and
coaching to enhance team capabilities.
o Build a high-performance culture focused on results,
ethics, and customer service.
Client Relationship Stakeholder Management:
o Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and
develop new partnerships to business.
o Address client concerns and coordinate with internal
teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims
processing.
o Represent the company at industry forums, client
meetings, and business events.
Operational Excellence Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and
company policies related to Group Credit Life insurance.
o Oversee the timely and accurate onboarding of new
group credit life schemes in the region.
o Monitor premium collections and support claims
processing to maintain customer satisfaction.
Reporting Analysis:
o Prepare and present regular reports on business
performance, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to
senior management.
o Analyze regional sales data and market trends to identify
growth opportunities and address challenges.
