Job Description

This role combines advanced Tier 3 support with platform, backend, and DevOps expertise to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing systems across global customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Tier 3 expert for complex software/platform issues, driving end-to-end resolution

Troubleshoot backend system flows across software, infrastructure, and system layers

Analyze and reproduce issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive preventive solutions

Support and operate containerized applications in Linux/Kubernetes environments

Collaborate with R&D, HW, and DevOps teams on debugging, feature readiness, and system improvements

Contribute to CI/CD processes, monitoring, and production reliability

Support new product introduction (NPI), including readiness validation and training

Develop tools, documentation, and best practices to improve support efficiency and reduce escalations

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software support, backend systems, or DevOps

Strong troubleshooting skills in complex, multi-disciplinary systems

Practical troubleshooting experience using agentic AI systems.

Strong experience working with and troubleshooting Linux environments

Practical experience with cloud native production environments: containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes

Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps practices

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Fluent in English

Advantage

Experience with C# or Java backend development

Knowledge of Kubernetes operations, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), or IaC tools (Helm, Terraform)

Understanding script coding, such as : Python, PowerShell, Bash.

Background in software development, testing, or system integration

Experience in supporting global, production-critical environments

Additional Information

Location: Bangalore, India

Travel: up to 25%
