Join a collaborative Agile team to develop and maintain scalable Java applications, perform technical analysis, translate business requirements into effective solutions, and drive continuous delivery through modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-driven software solutions
Collaborate within a 4-6-member Scrum team to deliver high-quality applications
Partner with engineers, managers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions and priorities
Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and documentation
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve application reliability
Mentor team members on coding standards and architecture best practices
Explore emerging technologies and conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Participate in an on-call rotation and support critical production systems

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field
3+ years of full-stack development experience:
Domain & System: Healthcare, payer knowledge, facets
Languages & Services: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
Databases: SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, DB2, etc.)
Cloud: HCC Kubernetes, Azure
Messaging System: Kafka
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven application development
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Elastic APM
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
