About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Performance & Load Runner ERP Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LoadRunner, JMeter, and ERP application testing, with a proven track record of validating the performance, scalability, and reliability of enterprise-grade ERP systems. This role involves working closely with functional and technical teams to ensure optimal application performance, high-quality deployments, and successful ERP implementations across the organization.

What You'll Do:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to specialize in Performance and Load Testing for Digital ERP systems and Enterprise Applications.

The ideal candidate must have mandatory hands-on experience with LoadRunner and strong expertise in performance testing, high level business knowledge on ERP modules (Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, etc.) .

This role requires strong analytical skills, deep testing knowledge, and the flexibility to collaborate across functional and technical Professional Services teams.

Roles and Responsibilities Performance Testing (LoadRunner & JMeter)

Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis).

Conduct Load, Stress, Endurance, Scalability, and Volume tests for ERP applications.

Analyze performance results, identify system bottlenecks, and collaborate with project teams for resolution.

Prepare detailed performance test analysis reports and recommendations.

Functional & System Testing

Understand detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ERP modules.

Perform regression, and UAT support testing for ERP standard implementations and enhancements.

Validate end-to-end test scripts to ensure alignment with functional and business requirements. API Testing

Design and execute API test cases using Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent tools.

Validate REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads.

Perform API testing and troubleshoot issues with integration teams. Professional Services & Collaboration Work closely with the Project team - Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants and Project Managers.

Perform QA activities including configuration validation, workflow verification, data migration/integrity testing, integration testing, role-based access/security testing, and testing of client-specific customizations.

Support internal teams and clients during ERP rollout, UAT cycles, and go-live phases. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare comprehensive test documentation including test cases, test evidence, defect logs, and test summary reports.

Track defects using tools like Jira .

Provide timely updates on test progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Required Skills and Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

Mandatory hands-on experience with JMeter performance testing. LoadRunner is a plus

Strong hands-on experience with ERP applications.

Solid understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC

Strong API testing experience.

Experience working within Professional Services or consulting environments.

Exposure to Test Automation (Selenium/Playwright) is a plus.

Excellent knowledge of Linux system and server performance metrics

Strong skills in Linux shell scripting

Education & Certification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred certifications include ISTQB, LoadRunner, ERP module certifications, and API testing certifications. Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
