On-Site HR Administration Team Leader.
Responsible for overseeing end-to-end employee administration processes across a complex, multinational and multi-site organization, ensuring alignment with global HRO standards and local regulatory requirements.
Participate to continuous improvement and guarantee the respect of all Internal Audit requirements
This role operates within the Global HRO Operations function and focuses on governance, compliance, process optimization, and team leadership.
Main Tasks
Operations & Process Governance:
Ensure adherence to global HR Operations standards and procedures
Employee Programs Administration:
Oversee welfare programs, benefits, and insurance plans
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations
Manage mandatory communications
Oversee Law 68/99 processes (protected categories)
Other mandatory communication CIVA/DNL/ISTAT questionnaires..)
Management of membership fees for sector-specific employers’ organisations
Hired staff management
Ensure the accurate management of information regarding contract duration, number, and number of renewals, in order to guarantee compliance with legal requirements and the flow of communication across various management systems
Compliance & Regulatory Management:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements
Ensure continuous monitoring of HR regulatory updates and proactively disseminate relevant changes to the team and broader HR community, guaranteeing consistent alignment and understanding
KPIs & Performance Monitoring:
Monitor operational KPIs and service performance
Develop reports and dashboards
Drive continuous improvement actions
Quality and Continuous improvement
Ensure regular audits to check compliance with process in place and Internal Control requirements
Identify potential process improvements, propose solutions, validate with management and implement
Harmonize and standardize process in place
Ensure production of monthly KPIs related to payroll and Administration
Management
Ensure performance management of the team, that all steps of PMC are properly managed for his direct reports
Ensure training plan proposal to direct management and competencies management
Manage workload distribution
Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree specialized in HR and Payroll
Experienced in team management (More than 5 HC)
Strong Administration
Very good Excel level
Confidentiality
