What You’ll Do:

Support Full Recruitment Process: end-to-end hiring, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessments, crafting offers, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Source Top Talent: Identify active and passive candidates through diverse channels, including online platforms, internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, and research.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand hiring needs, team goals, and deliver strategic hiring solutions.

Ensure Seamless Onboarding: Work closely with People Operations to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process, helping new employees feel welcome and enabling a fast learning curve.

You can easily check off…

Minimum 2+ years proven in-house full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in an early stage SaaS business

Extensive sourcing experience using Boolean searches, Linkedin, GitHub, etc

Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and managing stakeholders, across all levels

Proven expertise in high-level talent attraction through social media, recruitment campaigns, and networking capability

Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to operate independently using critical judgement skills
