Job Purpose

La persona a incorporar desempeñará un papel fundamental en la promoción y difusión de los productos ofrecidos por la compañía en el campo de la cardiología y la urología, visitando las especialidades de cardiología, urología y onco/radio en la provincia de Castellón.

Key Responsibilities

Cumplir, en su zona de responsabilidad, con los objetivos comerciales acordados con la compañía y alcanzar los estándares de actividad que se establezcan en cada momento, responsabilizándose de realizar una gestión integral de su territorio a través de un trabajo basado en la calidad, compromiso y profesionalidad:

Mantener y Desarrollar los planes de negocio del territorio a trabajar.

Gestión eficaz de las cuentas; cobertura, frecuencia, orientación, etc.

Análisis de datos para identificar oportunidades viables de negocio y coordinar y utilizar los recursos disponibles.

Identificar y desarrollar relaciones sólidas y a largo plazo con los clientes clave, identificando sus necesidades y proporcionando soluciones adecuadas.

Cumplir con los estándares del código ético y regulaciones de la industria farmacéutica (Farmaindustra) en todas las interacciones que desarrolle con los profesionales de la salud.

Required Education

Formación universitaria finalizada (muy valorables ciencias de la salud)

Required Skills and Experience

Experiencia previa en visita a especialistas de, al menos, 3 años

Se valorará experiencia específica en líneas de cardiología, urología o especialidades afines.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones efectivas con los HCPs

Orientación a cliente y habilidades de resolución de problemas

Orientación a resultados

Capacidad de análisis y buenas habilidades de organización y planificación

Iniciativa, proactividad y capacidad de trabajo
