System Analyst - Pharmaceutical Project

About the position

Can you imagine helping machines and IT systems finally understand each other?

Join our expert team to work on a Life Sciences sector project, contributing to the development of integrations between sanitary machines and central IT systems through a low-code platform. You will apply your knowledge of communication protocols and JavaScript or Python to design reliable, user-friendly data flows between hardware and people.

How do we make this happen?

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What you will bring

Knowledge of communication protocols such as HTTP, FTP, SMB, REST, Websocket or serial interfaces, including RS232 and USB

Experience or strong interest in integrating hardware devices with IT systems using low-code platforms

Familiarity with JavaScript or Python for scripting or Bash or Powershell and integration logic

Interest in designing user flows and interfaces adapted to different user profiles

Proactive approach to learning new tools and adapting to new project environments

Fluid conversational English

You will be responsible for designing and implementing integrations between sanitary machines and central IT systems using a low-code platform, analyzing client processes to define digital data exchange flows, configuring communication through protocols such as HTTP, FTP, SMB and serial interfaces, and developing integration logic and scripting when needed. Documenting solutions and collaborating closely with your team in a regulated Life Sciences environment.

Our working model ‍

We ask you to be available for key meetings. Need to leave for a doctor’s appointment or to pick up your child from school? No problem. We trust you to deliver quality work within your 40-hour workweek.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
