Job Description
We are looking for you to support our HR Team on HR Projects at Safran Engineering Services in Hamburg, Finkenwerder.
In close cooperation with our HR manager and HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Contribute to various HR projects (ChatBot, Automation, Recruitment tool)
Create and maintain onboarding materials for new employees
(e.g. guidelines, informational documents, presentations)
Support the optimization and standardization of HR documents
Job Requirements
Currently enrolled student in Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a comparable field
Very good skills in MS PowerPoint and Word
Structured and detail-oriented working style with a strong sense for layout and language
Interest in HR topics, employer branding, and internal communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
