Step into a key role with an expanding, international fintech and financial services pioneer focused on streamlining secure transactions and optimizing corporate expense workflows. In this high-visibility position, you will form one half of a dedicated, dual-professional team in Munich. You will gain significant exposure to company leadership and work cross-functionally across Sales, Compliance, and Operations, serving as a critical catalyst for client retention and regional business expansion.

Core Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated primary liaison for distributors and their client networks, cultivating strong, lasting partnerships through premier service delivery.

Interdepartmental Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Operations, and Compliance divisions to facilitate frictionless trade settlement and swift dispute resolution.

Client Training: Guide and educate clients on our proprietary digital platforms, driving system adoption to increase their operational autonomy and account security.

Operational Oversight: Supervise and evaluate active trades awaiting wire details, taking proactive measures to flag potential non-settlement risks to leadership.

Financial & Database Upkeep: Support corporate cash flow initiatives by tracking the timely recovery of outstanding receivables, ensuring immaculate documentation within Salesforce.

Compliance & Dispute Resolution: Autonomously address minor client complaints and coordinate critical compliance requests (such as GDPR and CASS) with internal units and financial institutions.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Qualifications

Linguistic Skills: C2-level proficiency (native-grade) in German paired with strong professional English fluency (C1 level).

Professional Background: Minimum of 1 year of documented success in account coordination, client services, or a similar high-engagement corporate setting.

Technical Literacy: Strong overall computer skills, particularly with advanced functions in MS Excel, Outlook, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Work Ethic: A highly adaptable, dedicated worker who enjoys direct customer communication and cross-team partnerships.

Geographic Location: Already living in or around Munich with the capacity to come to the office on a routine hybrid basis (fully remote arrangements are not supported).

Desirable Extras

Background working within the banking sector, fintech platforms, or institutional financial services.

Practical experience utilizing Salesforce or comparable customer relationship management (CRM) software.
