Your Role
Lead and oversee customer projects in the field of metrology and inspection in the semiconductor manufacturing environment
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the home organization, ensuring clear communication and understanding of customer needs and expectations
Understand customers’ business objectives and align our solutions to meet those needs. Deploy the solutions in field and be accountable for satisfying customer requests
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Handle customer escalations, ensuring issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
Implement strategies to prevent future escalations by identifying root causes and recommending improvements
Prepare regular reports on project status, customer feedback, and satisfaction metrics for senior management
Your Profile
Master’s degree in electrical engineering or semiconductor manufacturing or material science or related fields
Experience working with customer in semiconductor manufacturing space is a clear advantage
At least five years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a customer-facing role
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex customer relationships
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact
Office presence at least 3 days per week or more depending on business needs
Willingness to travel internationally for up to 50% of working time . The degree of travel might vary depending on the business needs
Fluent in English. Knowing Korean, Japanese or Mandarin is a very strong advantage
