About the role

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building modern web applications using the MERN stack and be eager to work on scalable, high-performance products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.

Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers.

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.

Work with Git for version control and team collaboration.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).

Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.

Experience with REST APIs and JSON.

Familiarity with Git/GitHub.

Understanding authentication, authorization, and JWT.

Basic knowledge of database design and optimization.

Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Next.js is an added advantage.

Knowledge of TypeScript.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).

Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

0 2 years of relevant experience in MERN Stack development.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
