About the role
Join the ICT EMEA Sales team and play a key role at the heart of a fast-moving, international business.
In this position, you act as a trusted partner to EMEA and India Sales leadership, helping the organization make better, faster decisions through data and insights and elevate our execution capability through strong project management. You take ownership of the sales forecasting process and ensure it runs smoothly, accurately, and consistently in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve quickly. You will also support the sales leadership team with the execution of critical projects, strengthening the team execution and continuous improvement capability. You will work across functions and collaborate closely with teams globally.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, driving improvements, and bringing clarity to complexity, while making a visible impact across the organization.
Your main tasks:
Drive Sales Forecasting & Execution
Own and manage the end-to-end sales forecasting process, including alignment with Sales, Finance, Demand and cross-functional teams
Coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting activities and consolidate forecast commitments
Ensure high-quality, structured reporting with a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency
Prepare and support demand alignment reviews, enabling data-driven decision-making
Turn Data into Business Impact
Deliver actionable insights through ad-hoc analysis, translating data into clear business recommendations
Support strategic planning, including long-term (5-year) business strategy development
Lead regional strategic projects
Drive regional sales project prioritization identification, execution, reporting and escalations
Motivate and coach cross functional teams to participate and contribute to projects execution through PMI / Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Support sales communication, by establishing a cadence and leading key messaging, preparation of First Line, Leadership review meetings, quarterly townhall etc

What your background should look like:
Experience & Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
Experience in analytics, sales operations, or business performance management
Exposure to forecasting and planning processes is an advantage
Skills
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools are a plus
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
