Gestione del ciclo di vita del software sviluppato.

Supporto alla migrazione dei dati.

Supporto al cliente per il rilascio della soluzione e per la fase di Hypercare.

Formazione accademica in ingegneria informatica, informatica.

Motivazione a svolgere attività di consulenza sui processi aziendali e sui sistemi informativi.

Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

By joining KPMG’s ServiceNow Team, you will be involved in managing business transformation processes. Specifically, together with expert colleagues, you will analyze the strategic requirements necessary to implement the best digital solutions available on the market for integrated process management.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Analysis of business requirements in collaboration with the functional team and translation of these requirements into technical specifications.

Design and development of the best technical solutions for the client, based on ServiceNow.

Internal testing of the custom solutions developed.

Management of the software lifecycle.

Support for data migration.

Support for the client during the solution release and Hypercare phase.

As You Are – Your skills and characteristics

To be the ideal candidate, you should possess:

Academic background in computer engineering and computer science disciplines.

Motivation to engage in consulting activities related to business processes and information systems.

Excellent knowledge of English, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad.

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

The opportunity includes an internship or hiring with a classification in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce Industry and a starting salary of €29,000, determined based on objective criteria such as educational qualifications and assessment of the candidate's profile against the position's requirements.
