In just 13 months since founding, the company hit a $2B valuation and raised $286M in total funding. Its B2B customer-service AI agent platform is already deployed across enterprises in 30+ countries.

The client is opening the Korea market and looking for the first member to build it from zero. Working directly with the European HQ's C-level, you'll design and build an entire country's business from the ground up — the closest thing to founding, with the leadership mandate to match. The CTO directly solves the most critical problems facing customers and the product.

What You'll Do

Lead the technical side of sales: join early-stage conversations, present demos, and guide architecture and security discussions.

Act as hands-on engineering lead — shipping code, building integrations, and setting high quality standards.

Build and lead a high-performing technical team across engineering, integration, and pre-sales — laying the technical foundation of the Korea entity yourself.

Drive customer integrations end to end, from scoping to deployment of AI agents, ensuring production accuracy.

Gather customer feedback, localize the product, and represent regional needs directly to the global Product team.

Serve as the local technical point of contact, building partnerships and handling escalations.

Who You Are

8+ years of hands-on software engineering — you've built things that actually shipped.

Proven track record in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations.

Customer-facing background (Field CTO, Solutions Architect, Deployed Engineer) — you speak both tech and business fluently.

Strong leadership DNA, ideally at Director, VP, or Founder level.

Excellent English, plus fluency in Korean, to lead technical and business discussions with multinational clients.

Comfortable in a zero-to-one environment — building the plan, the team, and the system from scratch.
