As our HR Manager France, you'll be more than an HR expert – you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, a partner to employees and a key contributor to our business.

Supporting +250 employees across multiple legal entities, you'll work in a dynamic matrix organization. You will report directly to the HR Director Europe, with a dotted reporting line to the Country Manager France. In this role, you’ll collaborate with local management, local and global HR teams as well as international stakeholders to create an engaging employee experience and support sustainable business growth.

What you'll do:

Partner with managers on organizational development, employee relations and people decisions,

Support +250 employees across multiple legal entities, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience,

Build constructive relationships with local Works Councils, fostering open dialogue and supporting a positive social climate,

Drive recruitment, talent development, engagement and local HR initiatives aligned with our global HR strategy,

Ensure compliance with French employment law while continuously improving local HR processes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness,

Collaborate across a matrix organization, working closely with regional and global HR teams on international projects and best practices,

Travel occasionally to different sites in France to stay close to the business, managers and employees.

What you'll bring:

Must-haves:

10+ years experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner in a generalist HR environment,

Strong knowledge of French employment law and employee relations,

Solid background in collaborating with employee representative bodies / Works Councils,

Proven ability to support managers in a complex business environment,

Fluency in both French and English,

A hands-on mindset combined with solution-oriented thinking and strategic perspective.
