Carrefour Market Bray Dunes recherche:

Un chef boucher H/F pour un CDI Temps plein.

Vous interviendrez sur le rayon boucherie traditionnel, volaille et LS,

Vos missions principales sont les suivantes:

manager votre équipe

définir et mettre en place les opérations promotionnelles

faire les commandes, analyser le chiffre d'affaire du rayon

Interagir avec les fournisseurs

implanter les rayons/ faire de la découpe

veillez à la tenue du rayon en le maintenant propre et attractif

Respecter et faire respecter les règles HACCP

conseiller les clients et être à l'écoute pour pouvoir fidéliser les clients par votre disponibilité et votre qualité d'accueil.

Profil recherché:

minimum 2 ans d'expérience en boucherie ( grande distribution ou boucherie traditionnelle)

Expérience en management d'équipe

Vous connaissez et avez travaillé les différentes races de viande

votre rigueur sur l'hygiène et votre polyvalence seront des atouts pour réussir dans vos missions

Rémunération : 2 000,00€ à 2 500,00€ par mois
